yey! so…
those fucking cramps didn’t mess with me! i’m still getting better ;3 i know things would have been different if i hadn’t have those cramps… but i’m still happy with my results :3
now it’s time for some Max Interval Circuit!
the cramps came on the globe jumps, right after that, i took the rest (if that was a fucking rest, crying like a fetus in the bathroom)

omg, worst 10 minutes of my life...
i was doing my insanity fit test (rocking it, i must say) and then: fucking menstrual cramps out of fucking nowhere!!
ugh i was so in freaking pain… i’ll do a little warm-up and then continue… i just think i’m gonna wait a little bit more… it still hurts -.-
